AMSOIL 5W40 Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil ADO 0.946L

By using the highest quality synthetic base oils, AMSOIL Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil is resistant to oxidation and the damaging effects of soot contaminants. This oil is additionally enriched with a detergent package, preventing the formation of large soot particles and retention in the engine. Lower volatility helps retain its viscosity at high temperatures, providing maximum engine protection and performance.

AMSOIL Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil is more resistant to heat dissipation than competing oils. Unlike conventional AMSOIL oils, Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil ADO does not contain wax, maintains the oil film at sub-zero temperatures, facilitates starting, improves oil flow and reduces wear. AMSOIL 5W-40 (ADO) oil has a wide viscosity range, so it improves the ability to start in a wide range of temperatures.

 AMSOIL Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil has low variability, reducing oil consumption during operation and transferring less oil to the combustion chamber. Delivers 66 percent lower oil consumption than API CK-4 in the Caterpillar-1N Oil Consumption Test.

AMSOIL Heavy-Duty Synthetic Diesel Oil is compatible with other conventional and synthetic engine oils. However, mixing AMSOIL oils with other oils will shorten the life of the oil and reduce the operating benefits.
