AMSOIL 5W40 EFM oil is a 100% synthetic engine oil specially developed for cars manufactured for the European market. It is designed for gasoline and diesel engines in passenger cars and light trucks. AMSOIL EFM 5W40 is Full Saps, which means that it has a high level of sulphur ash, phosphorus and sulphur.
The high ash content of the AMSOIL 5W40 EFM oil provides maximum protection for turbocharged cars. Its formula allows it to be used in almost all types of cars from the European market. It will also work perfectly in older models. AMSOIL 5W40 Full Saps is not recommended for use in cars equipped with a particulate filter (DPF).
AMSOIL 5W40 Full Saps is a high temperature resistant oil, prevents sludge formation, and is recommended for use in cars with a turbocharger, providing excellent cooling and lubrication. The unique formulation and carefully selected additives in AMSOIL 5W40 EFM help reduce engine wear, control oil density and provide easier cold starts.
