The advanced, patented Extendend Life formula allowed to extend the life of the fluid to 5 years or 250,000 km of continuous operation (after flooding into the cooling system). Radiator fluid PRESTONE stored in the package does not expire.

The packaging of PRESTONE Coolant has been designed to provide maximum convenience when using the coolant. This is achieved thanks to a specially profiled handle and the "E-Z Pour" venting system, which prevents uncontrolled splashing of liquid during pouring.

Requirements and standards

The new formulation of PRESTONE radiator fluid complies with and even exceeds ASTM D3306, ASTM D4985 standards. It has also been tested to OEM and other industry standards for the compatibility of radiator fluids with cooling system components. The -37° PRESTONE antifreeze is fully compliant with the requirements of VW/Audi G11, G12, G12+.

For cars equipped with an expansion tank: With the engine cold, fill the cooling system with Radiator Fluid PRESTONE through the filler in the expansion tank to the "FULL" level for a cold engine. Close the tank filler carefully. Check the fluid level after about two days. If necessary, top up with PRESTONE Coolant or PRESTONE Coolant concentrate.

For cars with the filler cap in the radiator: When the engine is cold, fill the cooling system with Radiator Fluid PRESTONE through the radiator filler cap to a level of 2.5 cm below the filler cap. Close the filler cap carefully. If there is an expansion tank in the car, the fluid level should be topped up to the "FULL" mark when the engine is cold. Check the fluid level after about two days. If necessary, top it up with PRESTONE Coolant or PRESTONE Coolant concentrate.

Remark: Do not remove the radiator filler cap if the engine is hot. Carefully check all recommendations and comments on the operation of the cooling system in the vehicle operating manual. Please do not store coolant in an unmarked or open container.

• The freezing point of -37°C guarantees full protection of the cooling system during high frosts in our climatic conditions. If you are going to colder countries, use a properly diluted concentrate of PRESTONE Coolant (freezing point to -64°C).

• The boiling point of the fluid of 129°C will ensure efficient operation of the cooling system and protection against boiling of the fluid during hot weather and car operation in difficult conditions.

• PRESTONE antifreeze guarantees full protection of the system for 5 years or 250,000 km of continuous use, even if it is mixed with another fluid with extended life.

• If you add Coolant PRESTONE to another Coolant in an emergency, the color of the old Coolant will remain unchanged.
